John E. Ball III is a partner of Investigative Resources, LLC. He attended Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Police Administration and graduated in 1991. He joined the Lexington Police Department in February of 1995, and is currently an officer in the Bureau of Traffic.

Ricky J. Kendrick is a founding partner of Investigative Resources, LLC. He attended the Prestonsburg Community College and the United States Air Force Security Police Academy. He joined the Lexington Police Department in 1994, and is currently serving in the Bureau of Traffic.
